We will take your inspection target (sample work) and capture images using a hyperspectral camera. The acquired data will be analyzed in the model training environment "fluxTrainer," where we will perform evaluations such as classification (foreign substances, good/bad), color measurement, component quantification, and film thickness measurement as per your request.
